The Wynnum Manly Lota Foreshore is a great place to go for a ride, walk, jog or run. There is a track for walking and a track for riding passing many of the baysides best parks and sites including the Wynnum Wading Pool, Pandanus Beach, The Water Park, Manly Harbour just to name a few. There are also great views of the bay island and a nice sea breeze to cool you down in the hot summer afternoon. The Brisbane City Council has installed exercise stations spaces out along the foreshore as part of its Active and Healthy Parks Program. The stations include leg stretch, jump touch and chin up bars, vertical ladder, spring up bars and a sit up bench.
