 The Scope Australia Day Awards

ScopeScope Club of Wynnum is seeking nominations for people who are over 18 yrs old. Someone who is community minded, helpful, a volunteer who excels above their normal duties? Who never expects recognition for their efforts!

Thank them this Australia Day, 26 January 2013.

 Scope Australia Day Award

ScopeBev Mitchell Scope Club of Wynnum presented Bev Mitchell with the Scope Australia Day Award at the Australia Day Breakfast on the Wynnum foreshore. The award is presented for outstanding voluntary service to the community. Bev Mitchell is well known around the Bayside for her work with "Aid and Recreational Association for the Disabled" (ARAD). ARAD is a volunteer organization setup to provide support, assistance and respite for physically and intellectually disabled people and their families.
Congratulations Bev!

Last years winner was Joe Byrne (pictured) for his 20 years of voluntary service to the Bayside United Soccer Club.
