Manly Harbour VillageThe Bayside PCYC and the Manly Chamber of Commerce presents Movies in the Park, a free community event. This months movie is "Babe: Pig in the City" screening this Satureday the 4th of May 2013 at 6.30pm at Little Bayside Park, Manly (at the intersection of Cambridge Parade and the Esplanade).

Pre Movie entertainment at 5.30 pm – Brisbane Symphonic Band playing classic Disney favourites. Bring the family, a picnic rug or folding chairs and enjoy the Movie on the shore of Moreton Bay! Dine at the variety of restaurants, cafes and eateries in Manly Harbour Village.
Food can also be purchased at the Movies from 5.00 pm!

Mrs. Doubtfire is a 1993 American comedy film starring Robin Williams and Sally Field and based on the novel Alias Madame Doubtfire by Anne Fine.

Pre Movie entertainment at 6.00 pm provided by Yellow Cabs Bayside Brass. Bring the family, a picnic rug or folding chairs and enjoy the Movie on the shore of Moreton Bay! Dine at the variety of restaurants, cafes and eateries in Manly Harbour Village.

Food can also be purchased at the Movies from 5.00 pm! In the case of the movie being cancelled due to inclement weather, the movie will be screened on the following Saturday.

Manly Harbour VillageThe Bayside PCYC and the Manly Chamber of Commerce present a very special christmas movies in the park on Saturday the 1st December 2012 "The Santa Clause" at Little Bayside Park, Manly (intersection of Cambridge Parade & Esplanade). Program starts at 6.00 pm when Santa arrives in his special convertible with give-aways for the children then join in the Christmas Carol signing with the Eastside Community Church. Food will be available for purchase from 5.00 pm.

Manly Harbour VillageThe inaugural Twilight Bay Run is being held along the Wynnum waterfront on Saturday 22 September 2012 from 3.00 pm and the Wynnum & Districts Chamber of Commerce are looking for Volunteers to assist as per the notice below. On Friday 21, Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 September , the inaugural Power, Sail & Paddle Manly 2012 will be happening in Manly Boat Harbour. It's going to be a huge weekend, so please put these two special events in your diary now and plan to attend.

Manly Harbour Village'MAMMA MIA' is the Movie in the Park - Little Bayside Park, Manly - on Good Friday 7th of May 2011 at 6.00 pm.
There will be Markets, Food and Kid's Rides from 12 noon!
Spend Good Friday by the Bay in Little Bayside Park! You too can be a 'dancing queen'!
Get into the mood by dressing up in your best ABBA gear and sing along to the many ABBA favourites performed in the Movie.

The Manly Creative Markets will be operating from 12.00 noon, as well as food stalls and coffee shop. For the kid's there will be amusements from 12.00 noon.
Manly Harbour Village also offers alternative food venues.

 Over $1000 raised for FLOOD RELIEF BENEFIT!

Manly Harbour Village“Bran Nue Dae” was a hit at the Manly Harbour Village Movies in the Park last Saturday. The balmy summer evening and quirky Australian humour of the movie attracted over 600 locals and visitors who contributed well over $1000 to the Flood Relief Benefit fund. It was a very enjoyable night. The Movies In the Park are an initiative of the Traders of Manly (Manly Chamber of Commerce) and the Bayside PCYC. Made possible with generous sponsorships from the Wynnum Herald, Caltex and 4BH882. The FREE Movies in the Park happen on the first Saturday each month.

The movie for next month is Grease staring Oliver Newton-John and John Travolta. Come dressed for the occasion.
