 Arts Council: Life Story Writing Workshop this weekend.

Wynnum Manly Arts CouncilLimited places remain in the Life Story Writing Workshop this weekend. Have you every considered writing your own life story? Perhaps you wish to record the story of a friend or relative? Lesley Singh, MA in Creative Writing, will be conducting a Workshop on Saturday April 9th, from 10 am - 4 pm at Manly.
Cost is $50 which includes lunch,($35 for members of the WMAC.)
Booking essential.

 Arts Council: Dance the night away with Scrub Turkey

Wynnum Manly Arts CouncilScrub TurkeyEnjoy a night of dance and song as Scrub Turkey play a mixture of traditional Australian and Celtic music as well as teach the steps to the bush dances. Scrub Turkey can be seen on the 13th of March, 7pm at the Wynnum Municipal Hall Cnr Bay Terrace and Cedar Street, Wynnum Central. There will be a licensed bar with tickes $12 for Adults, Concessions/Students/Children $8 and Wynnum Manly Arts Council Members $5. Group prices also available.
